Red Lake (North Route)
*You will need a
vehicle with high clearance and possibly 4-wheel drive.
(check with us for road conditions before you leave)
*Go into Red Lake
on Hwy. 105. Call
camp: 807-727-2543.
*You must call
camp so we know that you are in Red Lake and can estimate your arrival time at
camp.
*Make sure you
purchase any needed supplies, food items, gas and fishing licenses before you
leave town.
*At stop light in
Red Lake turn left and go 7 miles (past Madsen) to Flat Lake Road.
Turn right and travel 22 miles to Cook Road.
Turn left and proceed 4 miles to Echo Lake parking area.
*The total trip
takes about 1 hour. (About 33
miles)
