Backpack and/or small cooler
Camera
Auto registration
Proof of auto insurance
Identification for minors (birth certificate, letter from parents)
Alcohol, beer, cigarettes *
*Duty free limit is one case of beer (up to 30 cans)
OR
one liter of liquor (up to 40 oz.) per adult.
One carton of cigarettes per adult is allowed duty free.
Stop at Duty Free store (on the left before you cross the border across the street from Border Bob's) to save $$ on beer and liquor that you intend to purchase in Canada.
1. Make your purchase in the US.
2. Pick up your purchase.
3. Cross the bridge.
4. Declare your purchase at the border.
5. Pay duty inside at border.
